Update V1.2 - Final changes before jam end

Thanks for everyone who left feedback about the game yesterday!
In this new and cool version of A Long Way Down includes the following changes:
Additions:
- No-kill level bonus. Every level you go down without killing anyone increases the points as well! (Example: 10 -> 12 -> 14 points). This reflect the "good" karma as well where your actions of not harming anyone brings you benefits in the future.
- Updated the tutorial so new players understand the new system as well.
Score System Change:
- Bug kill reward increased from 30 -> 40 points (poor guys)
- Level clear reward initially starts at 10
- Every level cleared without killing anyone increases level clear reward by +2, capped at 50
Fixes:
- Platform walls no longer grabs players and players can no longer repeatedly jump against the wall in mid-air.
- Fixed high score not saving because the player presses the retry / leave button too fast too quick.
- Players now wait 1.5 seconds before being able to hit space to retry instead of the original 4.5 seconds (welcome)
Also shout out to this boi who played the game for 1 hour straight, gave us quite a lot of feedback :)
